You know what they say about polls... nonetheless, I thought this was interesting.
Here's a recent poll that shows Mitt might not be doing as hot as you might like to think. In fact, it shows that Republicans would favor an actor who hasn't even announced his intention to run over good old Mitty.
Ouch!

That won't last.......Firstly, conservatives THINK Thompson is the answer as opposed to Mitt, but Thompson was pro-choice in the nineties as well--he'll be callled a "flip-flopper" soon enough. Secondly, Thompson lacks endorsements......sure, he's an actor with probably more name recognition than Mitt (dang Hollywood), but Mitt has more endorsements from the Senate and House than ANYONE......that includes madame Hillary. Mitt is here to win the marathon not the sprint........I truly believe he will raise the most money--the businessman in him will see to that.......man, he is innovative in getting money--he's nabbing a bunch of students who would be selling insecticide this summer to fundraise, giving them 10% commmission off of whatever donations they receive. Mitt is running such an organized and well-staffed campaign that it is set up for the long haul.......and he means business. Political insiders say Mitt will come out on top (LA times).....all he needs is more name recognition..........I challenge any Republican to listen to him a couple of times and see if they aren't tempted to join team Mitt.
