Bush Speech 3-20-07

The best argument presented by Bush was that he didn't want the rights taken from his aides to talk candidly with him in the oval office.....his appointees should be able to converse with him freely and without thought of being prosecuted for candid discussion.

Talk candidly? The only thing they would have to fear about talking candidly is if they did something illegal!

The only person afraid of taking an oath is the one who wants to lie.

hmm......illegal or opinionated? We now know that if someone voices his opinion it can later be blown out of proportion by political scalawags. I don't care if so-and-so says an attorney has too many freckles...it doesn't necessarily mean we should fire that attorney because he has too many freckles......it just means that the attorney has too many freckles. Personally, I want to live in a land were someone is free to say that an attorney has too many freckles especially when he has too many freckles. Why does everything said in the oval office have to be known to the public? Don't they deserve to speak frankly and candidly?
