I couldn't be more proud of Miss California, especially given all the Prop 8 crap we are dealing with in that God forsaken state. I am impressed that she has the guts to stick to her morals and not apologize for her beliefs and opinions. I am impressed that she has garnered the support for this as well. Lots of people are impressed by this. As I am. Too bad speaking out as a Miss America contestant won't necessarily translate to anything that really matters. But good to see someone step-up.
