    The bigger issue here is her mind set that she is of superiority because of her "minority" status. She doesn't have a fair and equal assessment of all sides as she thinks that hers is the right way. I am very troubled that she thinks a white man doesn't have the same empathy as she does. Just that statement alone shows she is clueless to what it takes to being a justice in the highest court. I hope Lindsay Graham does not let up on her during the confirmation hearings.
